This year's celebration is a tribute to Rosie Garcia and kicks off with a vibrant parade at 1:00 PM, starting at 4111 Pearl Ave and ending at East 31st Street in Oakwood Park. The festival begins at 2:00 PM at 2047 East 36th Street, featuring live music, food trucks, DJs, dance troupes, and vendors offering a lively and authentic experience.
