The Heaven Hill 90th Anniversary Bourbon is easily one of 2025’s sleeper releases. It didn’t make a huge splash when it dropped, but those who opened a bottle know just how good it is. A classic Kentucky bourbon at heart, beautifully balanced with sweet notes, warming spice, and layers of oak that make for a surprisingly rich sip.

We’ll explore it alongside selections from the Grain to Glass series, diving into how grain and mashbill shape the final whiskey in the glass.

Our friends from Edacious Kitchen & Bar will be providing some great eats for the evening, and Heaven Hill has sent along a few gifts for guests attending the tasting.
