Ready for a fun, stress-free way to kick off the holiday season? Join Main Street Lorain for the 8th Annual Cookie Crawl! Come support over 30 of your favorite downtown shops at this annual family tradition that's sure to create lasting memories!
Bring the whole family and crawl your way through Downtown Lorain, collecting cookies, meeting holiday characters, and enjoying the festive atmosphere. Visit dozens of participating businesses for unique, complimentary cookies. Meet Santa Claus at the Palace Theatre and find the mischievous Grinch roaming Broadway! Warm up at our community hubs, courtesy of RE/MAX and United Way. Head to Jevon Terance for a final activity before you begin your shopping and dining adventure! And don't forget to bring your favorite holiday bag to collect all your cookies and treats!
Park Once, Crawl FREE!
We want your Cookie Crawl experience to be as easy as possible. That's why we're offering a FREE Broadway Shuttle throughout the event, making downtown completely walkable! Minimize parking stress and make it easy for families with small children or grandparents to participate fully. The shuttle will continuously loop Broadway from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, hitting all high-traffic areas and major stops. We recommend parking on the outskirts of the route (near the Palace Theatre or the southern end of Broadway) and hopping on the free shuttle.
The Crawl Ends at 2 PM, But Small Business Saturday is Just Starting!
The Cookie Crawl is a wonderful start to your holiday weekend, but the fun doesn't stop with the cookies. Stay downtown after 2:00 PM to continue the celebration! Enjoy lunch or dinner at one of our unique restaurants, and get a head start on your holiday shopping by supporting our local retail businesses. Your decision to shop and dine downtown on Small Business Saturday provides a vital economic boost to the Lorain community!
